Booking Conditions and Cancellations
- A first-night deposit is required to secure your booking.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking if your arrival date is within 14 days.
- An administration fee of $25.00 (AUD) applies to any date changes made to bookings. Only one date change per booking is permitted.
- Changes to bookings cannot be made within 7 days of arrival.
- Park Management reserves the right to relocate or cancel any booking at its discretion.
- All prices are in Australian Dollars (inc. GST) and may be subject to change without notice at the discretion of management.
Cancellation Policy
- Non-Peak: Refunds may only be available for cancellations made 14 days or more before the booking arrival date.
- Peak: Refunds will only be available for cancellations made 30 days or more before the booking arrival date.
- “Peak” includes: Christmas School Holidays, Australia Day, Labour Day Weekend, Kings Birthday Weekend, Easter Holidays, Grand Final Eve Public Holiday, Melbourne Cup Weekend, all School Term Holidays, and any other dates deemed as “Peak” at management’s discretion.
- A $25.00 (AUD) cancellation fee applies to all bookings.

Pet Policy

- Dogs are permitted only when staying in your own caravan, campervan, or bus, or our pet-friendly cabin and strictly at the discretion of management.
- Management reserves the right to decline or revoke approval for any pet at any time.
- Pets are only permitted in Pet Friendly Cabins and sites. Our other cabins are not pet-friendly, and an additional cleaning fee of $150 will be applied if pets are found inside cabin accommodation.
- All pets must be supervised, well-behaved, and kept on a leash at all times unless in a designated off-leash area.
- Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their animals and ensuring they do not disturb other guests.
- Additional conditions may apply at management’s discretion.
